She's a very calm presence too which helps if you are at all nervous about anything! It's also definitely reassuring to be treated by someone who is a trained dentist - you know she's obviously had extensive medical training and so knows what she's talking about. Dr. Goziem is also really passionate and knowledgeable about skincare, she helped me build up my own personalised regime (up until I saw her I basically knew nothing!) and helped advise on particular products.
